Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "ToS") govern the subscription and payment conditions for paid plans on the WooWand platform. They supplement the Terms of Service.
2. Plans and pricing
WooWand offers the following plans:
- Free: Free — 5 credits/month, 1 store, text optimization.
- Starter: €29 incl. tax/month — 50 credits/month, 3 stores, text + images.
- Pro: €99 incl. tax/month — 200 credits/month, unlimited stores, text + images + video.
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (TTC). WooWand reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days' notice.
3. Subscription
Subscribing to a paid plan is done online through the platform. Payment is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified secure payment provider. WooWand does not have access to your full credit card information.
4. Duration and renewal
Subscriptions are monthly and automatically renew on each subscription anniversary date. Unused credits do not carry over from one month to the next and are reset to zero upon each renewal.
5. Plan changes
The User may change plans at any time:
- Upgrade: the new plan takes effect immediately with proration calculated by Stripe.
- Downgrade: the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Cancellation
The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard or the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The User retains access to the Service until that date, then automatically switches to the Free plan.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's agreement. By using optimization credits after subscribing, the User acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal.
8. Invoicing
An invoice is automatically issued by Stripe for each payment and is accessible from the Stripe customer portal. Invoices are retained in compliance with legal obligations.
9. Payment failure
In case of payment failure, Stripe will automatically attempt to retry the charge. After several unsuccessful attempts, the subscription will be suspended and the User will no longer be able to use credits until their situation is resolved.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of WooWand's registered office, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
