Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions for accessing and using the WooWand platform (hereinafter "the Service"), available at woowand.com. By creating an account, the User accepts these Terms without reservation.

2. Definitions

• Service: the WooWand SaaS platform enabling the optimization of WooCommerce product listings using artificial intelligence.
• User: any individual or legal entity registered on the platform.
• Store: a WooCommerce e-commerce website connected to the Service.
• Credit: a unit of consumption corresponding to one product listing optimization.

3. Registration and account

Registration is free and requires a valid email address. The User agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of the Service made from their account is presumed to have been performed by the User.

4. Description of the Service

WooWand allows the User to connect their WooCommerce stores and automatically optimize product listings (text, images, videos) using artificial intelligence. The User retains full control over modifications and can revert to the original version of their listings at any time (rollback).

5. Credits and subscriptions

The Service offers various plans (Free, Starter, Pro) with a monthly credit allowance. Unused credits do not roll over from one month to the next. Payment terms are detailed in the Terms of Sale.

6. User responsibilities

The User agrees to:

• Not use the Service for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public morality.
• Review and validate AI-generated content before publication.
• Ensure they have the necessary rights to the connected stores.
• Not attempt to circumvent the Service's limits or extract data in an automated manner.

7. Limitation of liability

AI-generated content constitutes suggestions. WooWand shall not be held liable for consequences arising from the publication of generated content without prior review by the User. The Service is provided "as is" and WooWand does not guarantee the complete absence of errors or interruptions.

8. Intellectual property

Content generated by the Service for the User belongs to the User. The User grants WooWand a limited license to process their data for the purpose of providing the Service. The platform, its source code, design, and brand remain the exclusive property of WooWand.

9. Termination

The User may delete their account at any time from their settings. WooWand reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms, after notification.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of WooWand's registered office.
